COMMON LOON

THE NEW COMMON LOON ALBUM JUST ASCENDED. I would prefer that the label “psychedelic” be reserved for records like this – meticulous songs, steeped in new timbres, irrespective of the musicians’ (in this case probably not salacious) pharmacology. As with their previous release, the spoken word is as on point as the singing. HEY, NOTHING I SAY CAN DO IT JUSTICE; I AM A MERE CONDUIT FOR THE LINK. GO LISTEN.
